Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
  • Create and maintain information architecture.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Writes easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides * Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.

Key Skills

Knowledge of various tools like adobe Framemaker, Madcap Flare, DITA tools, oxygen XML, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe suite XMetal, arbor text, Robohelp, Text editor ., API Documentation Structured authoring experience XML authoring tools experience

Qualifications

He /She should have Software Domain Knowledge.

Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ BCA/ Graduate/ Masters.

Certification in Technical Writing

Excellent written skills in English.

BCA /MCA / BE/ MSc or equivalent with programming skills will be preferred
